Network Engineer required

• Experience: 5+ UAE Experience
• Education : Bachelors
• Salary : AED 7,000.00 – 8,000.00
• Support on all hashtag#IT related activities.
• Design IT solution in relation to the project and support services and assist in closure of the activities.
• Attend customer service calls and resolve reported issues and challenges.
• Send signing in reports when reporting at client location.
• After attending the service call ensure to fill the call report and document all the resolution given to the client.
• Follow up on pending work with the client and ensure to notify the office and the immediate reporting manager well in advance.
• Documents prepared for client will be considered as Intellectual property of the organization and hence the documents must be stored on central server.
• Ensure to follow all information security controls for both clients and as well as for the company and avoid using public domains to share any documents. This clause will be considered profoundly serious.
• Always verify with the client on the protocol and procedures before sharing any documents pertaining to the project and support services
• LAN and WAN experience
