Multiple vacancies in Dubai for a new and growing Interior Fit out Contractor.
OPEN for UAE-based candidates only.
1. Senior QS – Interior Fit Out
Post contract experience on residential, villa or palace projects
Knowledge of value engineering
Technical understanding of procurement methods
Preference to Hindi-speakers
Minimum 10 years’ experience
Immediately available would be an advantage
2. Project Manager – Interior Fit Out
Experience managing full fit out on residential, villa or palace projects
Preference to Western-educated candidates
3. Estimator – Interior Fit Out
Pre contract experience on residential, villa or palace projects
Must be able to close deals and have market contacts
4. Sales Director/BDM – Interior Fit Out
Proven track record of being able to bring in projects for the company on a short notice
Must have contacts with consultants and client-side on residential, villa or palace projects
Preference to Western-educated candidates
Salary negotiable + commission + flights and medical
