Description:

One of our Network Marketing client is seeking a highly creative and skilled In-House Motion Graphic Designer to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs that communicate the brand message and engage the target audience across various mediums.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs that align with our brand message across various mediums such as print, digital, social media, and other marketing collateral.
• Work with the marketing and communication team to develop design concepts that effectively communicate the brand message and align with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, marketing, and the network, to create designs that meet project goals and objectives (including designs for specific events)
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity and visual language across all design materials.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and software tools to ensure the delivery of high-quality and innovative designs.
• Manage multiple design projects from conception to completion while adhering to project timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is a MUST
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in-house or agency experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Experience with stills and animation
• Strong portfolio showcasing various design projects across multiple mediums.
• Experience in the UAE would be a plus.
