Hiring Mobility Operations Manager

Job Summary:

YAY App is seeking a highly organized and proactive Mobility Operations Manager to lead and optimize our mobility services, including ride-hailing, chauffeur-driven vehicles, and other transportation offerings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing the driver fleet, ensuring service quality, and enhancing operational performance to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of mobility operations across assigned regions.
  • Oversee driver onboarding, training, compliance, and performance evaluation.
  • Coordinate daily operations, including dispatching, shift scheduling, and fleet utilization.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time performance, customer ratings, and trip completion rates.
  • Work closely with tech, customer support, and marketing teams to improve user experience and service efficiency.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions.
  • Ensure all vehicles meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Handle operational escalations and provide effective resolutions.
  • Plan and execute strategies to improve driver retention and productivity.
  • Assist in launching new mobility services or expanding to new locations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in Mobility for UBER, CAREEM, and Bolt
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with experience handling diverse driver teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with dispatch or mobility platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Knowledge of local transportation regulations and mobility trends.

Salary: Open budget depending on experience
