Hiring Mobile Development Lead

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product Owner, stakeholders, and agile teams to design and deliver mobile solutions.
• Drive innovation by adopting new technologies to improve software delivery speed and quality.
• Lead a distributed team to ensure timely delivery using agile methodologies.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the team.
• Coordinate integration activities with other teams.
• Prepare management reports on project progress.
• Participate in technical discussions and recommend best practices.

Skills & Experience:

• Proficient in React JS and React Native.
• Experienced in web and mobile development.
• Knowledgeable in Agile delivery, DevOps, and microservices.
• Familiar with the digital ecosystem (e.g., self-service, e-commerce).
• Experience leading teams of 10+ members (team size expected to grow beyond 20).
• Skilled in solutioning and technical design for mobile apps.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to align IT strategies with business needs.
• Analytical skills with expertise in Jira/Confluence and cultural intelligence.

Qualifications:

• BSc in Computer Science or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in the digital domain.
• 10 years of mobile development experience.
• 3-5 years with React Native and React JS.
• Strong knowledge of API integration and GraphQL.
• Experience with Agile design, CI/CD, and large-scale distributed web applications.
