Job Description:
- Develop and create unique and innovative cocktails that complement the restaurant’s cuisine
- Collaborate with the restaurant management and culinary team to design and update the cocktail menu
- Prepare and serve a wide array of beverages, including classic cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks, while maintaining consistent quality and presentation.
- Interact with guests to understand their preferences and recommend beverages that pair well with their chosen dishes, providing personalized and exceptional service.
- Manage and ensure proper stock levels of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and barware are maintained.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or any relevant certificate
- At least 5 years of experience in the same role
- Must have PIC 3 or HACCP certificate
