We are looking For Microsoft Specialist in Dubai Location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution:
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Data Migration:

• Lead and manage Azure data migration projects, ensuring seamless data transfer and integration.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of data migration strategies.
• Ensure data integrity and quality throughout the migration process.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate data migration risks.

Stakeholder Management:

• Communicate project status, progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis.
• Delegate project tasks based on team members’ individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Quality Assurance:

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.

Experience:

• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years specifically in data management and migration projects.
• Proven experience in managing Azure data migration projects is required.
• PMP , Prince 2 or Agile certifications desirable
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in data migration tools and methodologies
