Job Description:

We are urgently seeking a skilled Microbiologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in testing food and water to join our Material Lab team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in

Microbiological analysis techniques and a thorough understanding of food and water safety regulations

Responsibilities:

• Conduct microbiological testing of food and water samples according to established protocols and procedures
• Perform microbial enumeration, identification, and characterization using appropriate microbiological techniques
• Ensure compliance with local and international food safety standards, including HACCP and ISO regulations
• Maintain accurate records of testing procedures, results, and quality control measures
• Collaborate with other team members to interpret test results and provide actionable recommendations to clients
• Contribute to the development and validation of new testing methodologies.
• Actively engage in business development activities to attract new clients and expand service offerings,
• Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

Possess a valid UAE driving license

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Food Science, or related field,
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in microbiological testing of food and water, preferably in the UAE
• Strong understanding of microbiological techniques, including culture-based methods, PCR, and molecular biology
• Familiarity with food safety management systems, such as HACCP ISO 22000, and GMP
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
