Role: Micro-School Operations Manager
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Relocation support provided)
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in education management
- Proven track record in micro-schools, alternative education models, or elite private schools
- Strong academic leadership background, with:
- Curriculum development and implementation experience
- Student assessment and performance monitoring
- Mentoring and supporting teachers
- Operational management skills, including:
- School logistics, scheduling, and regulatory compliance
- Parent engagement and onboarding
- Coordination of external service providers
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Leadership, or a related field
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially with educators and high-net-worth families
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Based in the United States
- Native English speaker or equivalent fluency
- Familiar with U.S. and international education standards
- Willing to relocate and take on a leadership trajectory toward Head of School
