Description:

We are looking for Merchandiser with sales experience:

Responsibilities for Merchandiser:

• Ensure that stores, shelves are stocked with the right types and quantities of products
• Display, arrange, price, and rotate products in store
• Maintain store shelves by removing outdated or damaged products
• Monitor store inventory based on sales and intake
• Optimize sales volume by identifying bestsellers
• Make recommendations for promotional strategies using sales and pricing data
• Work and communicate with buyers, suppliers, stores, and distributors
• Planogram as per brand guidelines
• Ideal display in favor of own brand against the stores planogram
• Knowing customer’s best spot (maintaining display at eye level)
• Securing the best area to highlight the items especially the promotional items.
• Conducting Staff Training (requires 100% product knowledge)
• Customers (retail staff/manager) relationship
• Benchmark (Daily report, competitor information etc)

Qualifications for Merchandiser:

• 1-3 years of experience working in retail or merchandising
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service
• May be required to travel to client locations (valid driver’s license may be required)
