Sam Building Contracting Need Urgently Mep Junior Estimation Engineer – Work Duties

The quantity take-off for the following MEP services is your responsibility.

• Electricity
• ELV   
• Fire Alarm, Emergency lighting.
• Fire Fighting.
• Drainage and Water Supply
• HVAC and smoke control systems
• Floating inquiries to subcontractors and suppliers and following up on quotations on a regular basis.
• Prepare the BOM, BOQ, scope of work for the MEP pretender, and post-tender work.
• Compilation of a list of technical questions for clarification by the consultant.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Excel, MS Word, Plan Swift, and other software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Have at least two years of work experience in the UAE
