Description:
Dar Al Handasah Nazih Taleb & Partners – Abu Dhabi Branch is currently seeking an experienced MEP Inspector.
Site Inspections of all MEP works including materials inspections, installations inspections, snags inspections and T&C for HVAC, Electrical, low current systems, plumbing and firefighting systems.
Review Materials Submittal, Method Statement, BOQ, shop-drawings, O&M manuals, as-built…etc.
Issues Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) on works that deviate standards and design specifications.
Identifying and recording quality problems and opportunities for improvement, and initiating or recommending solutions.
Shall have a minimum 10 years of overall experience in a similar or equivalent role. Minimum 5 years in UAE and demonstrable experience in all aspects of MEP supervision in a consultant firm
30 – 45 years old
English – Proficiency in communication and in writing English is extremely important. Arabic (Preferred)
Must be in UAE
