Looking for MEP BIM Modelers. As it is an immediate requirement,

3. Architecture

Location: Dubai

Role: Contractual. Minimum 3 Months (Extendable)

Joining: Immediate

Responsibilities

• Create Revit (BIM) models and /or AutoCAD drawings to high level of accuracy.
• Prepares 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings according to requirements
• Develop plans, sections, elevations, and details from a 3D BIM model for projects of all sizes and technical complexities.
• Understand the sequencing of construction projects as well as MEP, Architectural, and Structural engineering disciplines.
• Strong working knowledge of and understanding of spatial relations.
• Continued development of best practices for BIM.
• Understanding and interpreting architectural and structural details as they affect the MEP installation.
