The Capital Club Dubai, a private business club located in DIFC, is searching for a Member Relations Manager someone focused on establishing excellent relations with and between members, working closely with all departments to ensure an intuitive club experience that serves as foundation for future referrals and membership renewal
Valuable skills and experience:
Must have excellent communication skills in BOTH Arabic and English
Prior experience in a guest relations role within the UAE, attending to high profile guests, working under little direct supervision
Impeccable interpersonal skills, positive attitude, problem solving skills and can-do attitude
