Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for engagement with leads via inbound and outbound calls to book more appointments and promote services.
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to leads to understand more about their concerns, giving value and present our offers and services.
- Overcome patients’ concerns by listening, empathizing, and providing relevant information
- Negotiate and secure commitments from patients to make appointments.
- Strive to achieve or exceed sales goals through proactive efforts
- Ensure patient satisfaction, address issues, and explore additional sales opportunities
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Preparing and sharing price quotations withb patients for their medical packages.
- Follow up with all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating all information regularly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as telesales representative/ Call center agent/ sales agent, in medical field is a MUST (like dental or dermatology clinics/ hospitals).
- Proven sales records/ sales achievements of reaching the target or beyond in your previous sales role is crucial.
- Ideal candidate should have solid sales skills of communication, negotiation, handling objections and closing abilities.
- University degree, preferably in business administration, public relations, healthcare or any related field.
- Previous CRM experience is important.
- Native Arabic and fluent in English is mandatory.
