Hiring Alert: Medical Receptionist (Full-Time) – 2 NOS

Key responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients
• Attending telephone calls
• Appointment Bookings
• Registration & documentation

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12, healthcare graduate with a tertiary diploma or degree will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry or customer relations will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills
• Typing minimum 35 wpm
• Able to work different shifts (straight – 6 days a week): morning, mid, or evening
