Job Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and highly organized individual to join our team as a Document Management Specialist in a fully remote capacity. This role is critical in supporting various administrative functions, handling sensitive information, and ensuring the seamless flow of operations within a healthcare context.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize documents and files with efficiency.
  • Exhibit exceptional attention to detail when handling electronic health records (EHR).
  • Prepare and structure information packets for both internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Experience with Epic Software in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong auditing capabilities to ensure the precision and completeness of medical documentation.
  • Ability to create visual data representations such as charts and graphs.
  • Background in claim administration, specifically managing insurance claims.
  • Excellent organizational skills for handling extensive document volumes.
  • A strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality while dealing with sensitive patient and client information.
