What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage electronic clearinghouse to ensure claims are corrected and submitted daily for assigned clinics
• Supervise the electronic data exchange efficiency and resolve rejected claim issues
• Communicate with internal and external customers through phone and written communications
• Maintain patient confidentiality and protect medical office operations
• Provide support for Claims Management Supervisor and contribute to team results

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of related experience in a business, medical, or technical environment
• Previous experience in a medical office setting and/or with Electronic Medical Record software
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to research resolutions
• Flexibility in learning new tools and processes as required

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with claims management and electronic data exchanges
• Familiarity with insurance processes and electronic funds transfers
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmen
