Key Responsibilities:

• Work together with departments to analyze training requirements and identify any gaps, subsequently creating appropriate training plans and schedules.
• Create training materials for modules, including presentations, audio-visual components, handouts, lesson plans, instructor guides, assessments, and other necessary resources.
• Conduct training sessions for all individuals interested, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Evaluate and assess training effectiveness in alignment with module and department standards.
• Administer trade tests to new employees, ensuring they meet the required standards.
• Document and communicate training results to the relevant departments.
• Provide mentorship to trainees upon request.
