Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with engineering consultants in Dubai.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, HAP, Duct Sizer, and Revit.
• Expertise in HVAC, Fire Protection, and Plumbing Design for diverse projects (residential, commercial, industrial, high-rise).
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead HVAC system design for projects in Dubai.
• Utilize AutoCAD, HAP, Duct Sizer, and Revit for precise mechanical drawings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports.
