Hiring Mechanical Design Engineer

Our Dubai based reputed construction company is hiring Mechanical Design Engineer. Candidates must be having previous mechanical design engineer experience in a contracting company for commercial & industrial projects.

Mechanical Design Engineer – Salary AED 12-15k

Notes:

• BE in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HVAC & Plumbing design/engineering field in a construction company in UAE/Gulf, with 4 years in UAE
• Immediate joiners are preferred

Key Duties:

• Study the Tender documents.
• Design the HVAC & Plumbing system based on ER and inline with Authority requirement.
• Concept drawings and design calculation & value engineering
• Engineer, Client, Authority approvals.
• Meeting with Authorities, Clients and Consultants at Design to approval stages
• Preparation of shop drawings & quantity take off
• Maintain Authority Log, calculation, drawings log.
• Documentation for Green Building Consultant for Design and commissioning and Coordination for Construction Stage.
• Prepare bid packages for Vendors and Sub-contractors, vendor proposal review & approval
• Review, follow up and receive approval on material submittal.
• Prepare the Compliance Resolution Sheet (CRS)
• Intimate Time and Cost Notifications, prepare variations
