We’re Hiring Marketing Supervisor – Fuels & Lubricants (UAE)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Supervisor to join our team in the UAE. If you have a passion for the fuels and lubricants industry and meet the following criteria, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for fuels and lubricants in both domestic (UAE) and international (export) markets.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local clients, international distributors, and partners.
• Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to support business development and customer retention.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in the fuels and lubricants sector, including both UAE and export markets.
• Proven success in building a market presence and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools/platforms.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
