Job Description: Marketing Specialist – Dubai
Position Overview:
As a Dubai-based Marketing Specialist, you’ll drive our marketing strategies, elevating brand visibility and generating leads. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll collaborate with teams to execute campaigns aligned with company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute impactful campaigns across digital, social media, email, and events.
- Research market trends, competition, and customer preferences to shape strategies.
- Collaborate with creatives to craft compelling content and visuals.
- Manage social media, create content, and monitor performance.
- Drive email campaigns through marketing automation tools.
- Analyze key metrics, generate reports, and optimize strategies.
- Assist in organizing events and webinars for client engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with sales to align efforts with goals.
- Manage external agency relationships when needed.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and cultural sensitivities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1 year of marketing experience with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics tools.- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Creative thinking and project management abilities
- Team player with strong collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of Healthcare in Dubai and the Middle East is a plus.
