Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing social media platforms and creating compelling, audience-focused content in both Arabic and English. This role also requires experience in copywriting and translating documents and marketing materials from English to Arabic. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and digital growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across key platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals and campaign objectives.
  • Create high-quality, engaging, and culturally relevant content in both Arabic and English.
  • Translate marketing materials and key communication documents from English to Arabic with accuracy and tone sensitivity.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and competitor activity to inform content strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, events, etc.) to ensure cohesive messaging and campaigns.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for engagement and reach.
  • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and event activations when required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing and growing social media platforms (portfolio or examples preferred).
  • Excellent copywriting skills and fluency in both Arabic and English, with the ability to translate content effectively.
  • Strong understanding of social media tools, analytics, and content scheduling platforms.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and cultural nuance.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.

Preferred:

  • Experience in regional campaigns or marketing for GCC audiences.
  • Basic graphic design or content creation skills.
