Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing social media platforms and creating compelling, audience-focused content in both Arabic and English. This role also requires experience in copywriting and translating documents and marketing materials from English to Arabic. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and digital growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across key platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals and campaign objectives.
- Create high-quality, engaging, and culturally relevant content in both Arabic and English.
- Translate marketing materials and key communication documents from English to Arabic with accuracy and tone sensitivity.
- Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and competitor activity to inform content strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, events, etc.) to ensure cohesive messaging and campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for engagement and reach.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and event activations when required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing and growing social media platforms (portfolio or examples preferred).
- Excellent copywriting skills and fluency in both Arabic and English, with the ability to translate content effectively.
- Strong understanding of social media tools, analytics, and content scheduling platforms.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and cultural nuance.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
Preferred:
- Experience in regional campaigns or marketing for GCC audiences.
- Basic graphic design or content creation skills.
