Main Job Purpose:
The Marketing Manager will be based in Dubai and part of the company’s management team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role will be responsible for defining and implementing the marketing strategy and activities across the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead research to identify and analyze consumer and market insights.
- Translate market and consumer knowledge into actionable growth strategies.
- Define, produce and implement ATL, BTL and digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop innovations and lead the NPD process.
- Assess emerging technologies and lead adoption where needed.
- Design digital strategy and develop social media presence.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic brands individually.
- Hire and develop the consumer marketing team.
Relevant Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in marketing or business administration, MBA is a plus
- Min. 8 years of experience in FMCG or Consumer Health
- Entrepreneurial mindset, able to build a marketing function from scratch
- Problem-solver and solution-based attitude, able to deal with ambiguity
- Fluent in English, (Arabic is a plus)
