Description:

A large holiday homes and real estate company in Dubai, is looking for a Marketing manager (Russian speaking) to join their international dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and planning end-to-end marketing activities
• Developing strategies and execution of digital campaigns across all major channels, including SEO and paid media: Google Ads, Yandex Ads, paid social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube), etc.
• Own goals and performance metrics for your campaigns, monitoring regularly to understand effectiveness and areas for optimization
• Reports and analytics (very critical)
• Keep up to date on best practices, industry trends, techniques and new announcements and support the team as a subject matter expert
• Generating marketing budgets, considering sales targets, monitoring their implementation and analysis of efficiency
• Collaborating with sales team, communicating with customers and distributors, absorbing industry trends to collect insights for the campaigns and activations

Requirements:

• University degree in Marketing/Communications/Advertising or closely related field
• 4+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the field of digital marketing
• Good knowledge of SEO principles
• Copywriting in both Russian and English
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to work on multiple priorities under time pressure
• The candidate should be available in UAE for the interview upon request
