We’re Hiring Marketing Manager – FMCG (Frozen Foods) | Dubai 🧊

Are you a dynamic marketing professional with a passion for food and a strong background in FMCG? One of our clients in the frozen food sector is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their growing team in Dubai.

Role Highlights:

Job Title: Marketing Manager

• Location: Dubai (DIP)
• Industry: Frozen Food / FMCG
• Reporting to: GM / CEO

What You’ll Do:

• Lead 360° marketing efforts: ATL, BTL, digital, trade marketing
• Create and execute impactful brand campaigns
• Manage end-to-end marketing (including design – no dedicated design team)
• Collaborate with sales for in-market activations and client visits
• Work closely with distributors, retail chains & HoReCa partners

Who We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of total experience, 5+ in FMCG marketing (preferably frozen/food)
• Strong design sense & hands-on with marketing tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
• UAE experience preferred
• UAE Driving License is a big plus
• Must be able to share past marketing work samples/portfolio
