We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our preopening team at Dragon Palace Hotel Dubai!

Job Description:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive awareness and engagement for our new hotel.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate with external partners, such as PR agencies and media outlets.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials and promotional content.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position with 4 & 5-star hotels is a must
• Must have UAE experience
• Preopening experience is a plus
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics
