Marketing Manager
Requirement:
- Have an in-depth understanding of the full talent life cycle. Preferable with bulk hires
 - Can plan and manage organic and paid outreach as well as expertise in a multitude of changing platforms.
 - Employer Branding is all about storytelling. Experience telling employee and brand stories in a variety of formats and with compelling results
 - Well versed in research, write, proofread, and edit all media content, implement and manage media campaigns according to the set guidelines of the company’s employer brand
 - Very well versed in writing briefs to both media and creative agencies
 - Must have full understanding and knowledge for the pillars required to establish employer branding, developing creative concepts and safeguarding brand guidelines.
 - Must be knowledgeable with the requirements and mechanisms of running and administering different social platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook, Snapcha & Youtube. In addition to offline channels, and tracking systems to measure performance
 - 5+ years of experience in recruitment marketing and content management
 - Must have a corporate professional background, preferably a mix between corporate and media agency background.
 
Marketing Analyst:
Requirement:
- Must have an in-depth understanding of the full talent life cycle. Preferable with bulk hires
 - Have the ability to identify target audience preferences and trends
 - Market-savvy who researches data from multiple audiences or venues and pays attention to trends that could change the effectiveness of a recruiting campaign. Typically a marketer with high analytical skills
 - Very well versed using different performance tracking tools, pixels, Sizmek… Etc.
 - Strong English and writing skills to write narratives detailing data analysis
 - Knowledgeable with the tracking requirements on different social platforms such as Google Search, Facebook, Snapchat & YouTube. In addition to offline channels such as WhatsApp and displays.
 - 5+ years of experience with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns
 - Must have a corporate professional background, preferably a mix between corporate and media agency background.
