JOB ROLE:

• Coordinate marketing and communication initiatives for the Exhibition Department, fostering collaboration between internal teams, external agencies, and suppliers.
• Collaborate with external agencies for design, marketing, public relations (PR), photography, website development, app, registration processes, exhibitor zones, and research.
• Maintain and manage a comprehensive database of existing exhibitions, while also gaining in-depth knowledge of virtual exhibitions.
• Act as a liaison with exhibitors, media partners, and sponsors to achieve marketing objectives.
• Create marketing materials that align with exhibition and corporate guidelines.
