We are currently hiring for Marketing Executive for our company Ajmal perfumes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Influencer Marketing
FUNCTIONAL AREAS:
Social Media Marketing –
- Reporting and working closely with Reporting manager in all activities related to marketing, advertising, social media, pr, events & activation. Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties on tasks assigned.
- In line with the overall band strategy, will focus on ensuring that all Ajmal perfumes campaigns are relevant for each of our key markets (UAE | Kuwait | Qatar | Bahrain).
- Responsible for brand management, budget management and advertising campaigns for Ajmal Perfumes key markets UAE | Kuwait | Qatar Bahrain and also liaison with other verticals of Ajmal for support needed related to marketing tools.
- Playing an active role in the development of marketing campaigns and promotions across brands 360 integrated campaigns for ATL, BTL, social media, Activations, PR.
- Will also play a key role in creating regular content for social media aligning with agencies and creating monthly content calendar, managing social community with the agency associates, reports and analytics of social media communication, keep a tap on social media trends in key markets and ensure Ajmal can be a part of the same, study the influencer profile and outreach efforts.
- Development of all POS assets and ensuring that all creative materials are suitable for use across all key markets.
- Identify current market trends, gather competitor’s data, identify consumer insights to increase brand penetration and brand loyalty in the market.
Managing Influencer Marketing and Briefing –
- Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall marketing goals.
- Identify and onboard relevant influencers and content creators to promote brand initiatives and products.
- Manage relationships with influencers, including negotiation of contracts, deliverables, and compensation terms.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, collect feedback from influencers and the audience to refine future strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal guidelines related to influencer marketing and disclosure regulations.
- Foster strong and lasting relationships with influencers, agencies, and other relevant industry professionals.
- Understand the target audience and identify the right influencers who align with the brand values and can effectively reach the target market.
- Develop a content strategy that resonates with the influencers’ style and the audience’s preferences while aligning with the brand message.
