Description:

We’re looking for Marketing Director to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and manage the 360 marketing plans and budgets.
• Ensure marketing plan meets business objectives, builds brand reputation, and improves digital presence & conversion.
• Stay abreast of latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Ensure the brand message is clear and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like social media handles, email campaigns, promotional materials, web pages, events and conferences).
• ·Work closely with the other departments to form strategies that will help in maximizing profits.
• Ensure that the website, promotional material, marketing campaign strategy are updated frequently.
• Monitor competition in the market (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features) regularly and frame strategies accordingly.
• Create strategies for establishing long-term digital connections with customers.

Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience in digital marketing and social media.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Knowledge of advertising and latest digital marketing strategies.
• Solid experience in budget management.
• Experience with media and PR.
• Experience in using CRM and databases.
• Excellent team leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
