Marketing Coordinator required
A UAE based fitness company is looking to hire an experienced marketing coordinator to join our team in Dubai.
The post holder will work with the General Manager to strategise, design and deliver online and offline marketing content, across all platforms, print and digital media. The role requires a creative person who is hands-on, loves fitness and understands how to drive sales and growth through strong branding and content.
The company is a growing fitness business with 3 locations in Dubai. The role is based in their head office in Al Quoz.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and development of the company website
- Brand management
- Design of all print and email marketing
- Design and execution of the social media calendar, day to day class content, storytelling and highlights.
- Execution of promotional marketing activities, both seasonal and ad-hoc.
- Liasing with external providers including media agencies, photographers, events staff, DJs and videographers when required
- Working with trainers and customers to create real-life marketing campaigns that highlight members fitness journey
- Working closely with Sales and Admin staff to ensure sales targets are met with the support of strong marketing
- Reporting on competitor marketing activities in Dubai
- Events management
- Responsible for building music playlists for classes (iTunes)
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills in English – copywriting, editing and proofreading
- Strong design and creativity
- Management of social media including instagram and facebook
- Understanding paid media advertising (Meta and Google)
- Graphic design (Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Canva, Adobe Acrobat)
- Website design and development (Wix)
- Management and design using Mailchimp
- Photography and Videography skills are highly advantageous
- Other software skills are advantageous: Zapier, Airtable, Excel, Powerpoint and Final Cut.
