Hiring Marketing Administrator:

Summary:

This role is designed to enhance company brands by ensuring strong presence of the brands on communication platforms, maintaining close relationships with sales and supply chain teams and working hand in hand with external partners and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Measures and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Assist sales and marketing staff as necessary at any phase of sales plus marketing efforts.
• Optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments.
• Develop Company Profile, catalogs …etc.
• Provide assistance with telephone coverage.

Requirements:

• 3 Years of diverse administration and marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
• Self-motivated yet Target-focused.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

Essentials

• Prior experience working in construction overall.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Good data-driven techniques and approaches & strong analytical skills.
