Marine Pilot

Location: UAE

Salary: Negotiable

The Marine Pilot will be responsible for missions commanding, STCW compliance, piloting, navigation, and ensuring maritime safety on a daily basis.

Must have the following certificates:

• Valid Endorsement attesting the Recognition of a Certificate under the Provision of the International convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watch keeping for Seafarers 1978 As Amended (If Certificate of competency of Master F.G – not issued by respective Government of his Nationality).
• Valid STCW certificates.
• Minimum five years’ experience of unlimited pilotage (including handling of VLCC) at Famous Ports
• Valid Certificate of Competency and Endorsement – (unlimited) Master Mariner (FG) of a Foreign Going Vessel issued by respective Government of his Nationality.

Qualifications:

• Mission Commander and Maritime skills
• STCW compliance and Piloting expertise
• Navigation proficiency
• Experience in maritime operations
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure
• Knowledge of local maritime regulations and routes
• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies or related field
