Manager/Senior Manager Marketing partnerships

Job role & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new Brand Partners across various partnership areas such as Brands,
  • Tourism Authorities, Tourism offices, Banks, Financial institutions etc in the UAE and GCC countries
  • Develop Strategic long term tie-ups with certain key brands in the region bringing real-dollar contributions to marketing programs.
  • Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.
  • Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners.
  • Work with other teams internal to the organization to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals with partners and alliances that benefit the company
  • Conduct competitor analysis in the GCC countries for measuring company’s market share growth
  • Key areas of responsibility include Strategic Alliances, Key Account Management, Relationship
  • Management & People Management.
  • Responsible for Sales targets from Partnerships
  • Identify relevant industry events and conferences across UAE and GCC to represent Easemytrip as delegate or exhibitor.
  • Continuously optimize the ROI from the promotional programs with the Partners.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 6-7 years of Partnerships experience, account management in the UAE & GCC region.
  • Good understanding of partnership ecosystem in the region across Banks and Brands, working in ecommerce, technology startup companies
  • Preferably experience in the Travel and Tourism sector with working relationships with Tourism boards.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in developing and leading strategic partnerships
  • Strong sense of technology trends
  • Graduate or Post Graduate in a Sales/ Marketing or business preferred
