Manager OSP

• Manage resources across all projects in the region and ensure full utilization of company workforce.
• Identifying, developing, and directing the implementation of OSP business strategy.
• Responsible for the Profit & Loss for the business.
• Provide robust project budget for all presales/RFQ pricing with clear gross profit calculation, risks analysis and deliver post-sales projects within budget.
• Work with Sales team to provide budgeting/quotation for new projects & business opportunities.
• Possessing excellent communication skills and establishing sustainable relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
