Manager HR/ HRBP – DUBAI

Requirements:

• This position is for a reputed group of companies located in Dubai
• This position reports to the Managing Director
• The person will be Full time MBA in HR from a reputed Institute or General Management is a must. 
• Certification in Talent Acquisition or CBI (Competency Based Interviewing)/Psychometric Tests will be an added qualification. 
• Should ideally be an HR Generalist profile with exposure to IR handling as well? 
• Relevant experience of minimum 8-10 years or more in an FMCG/Retail industry setup is MUST
• Should have served at least 3-5 years in a role leading a small HR team.
• Should know about HR related statutory labor & HR compliances for the UAE.
• Should have experience in managing all HR functions 
• Should have knowledge of recruitment process for both white and blue collar employees.
• Knowledge of SAP/Any other ERP for HRMS module
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel – should be able to use graphs, pivots and V-Lookup function
