Hiring Manager HR & Administration – APAC Region

Contract: Permanent on clients Employment Visa

Work Location: Dubai

JOB PURPOSE:

  • Implement HR systems, processes & policies across APAC region to enhance employee experience and achieve Operational & Administrative excellence, Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition:
  • Finalization of manpower requirement for the APAC Region as per the work design parameters, Finalization of Job Description for all the positions, Timely closure of open positions through internal /external candidates Achieve reduction in recruitment cost either through internal redeployment or through Job portals Achieve Gender Diversity Talent Management and Employee Engagement:
  • To monitor the implementation of Talent Management initiatives
  • Employee Communication initiatives viz: Skip Level Meetings: as per calendar (once in 6 months), Town Hall: as per calendar (once in 6 months), HR Connect: to conduct in coordination with PHR (during his visits) & New Managers Assimilation Program
  • Talent Review & Succession Planning for Critical Positions Work with Head office for finalization of list of Top Emerging Talent, Top Potential Leaders & Critical Positions

Office Administration: –

  • Ensure the smooth running of the office
  • Manage and procure services from third-party vendors related to office supplies, IT, insurances, travel agencies, PRO, etc.  Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems
  • Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures
  • Upkeep of Guest Houses as well as Promoters Residences and also managing all the support staff pertaining to Offices as well as Residences Legal Compliances, Employment policy management and governance. Ensure compliance with federal and state laws across APAC countries Supports internal and external audits in partnership with relevant team members and other business stakeholders
  • Other Dimensions
  • He will be closely working with Corporate Chairman and family as well as the visiting
  • Will be responsible for a total manpower of approximately 50 nos in Dubai, Indonesia as well as Singapore. Will be interfacing with senior leaders in all these regions including the visiting senior officials on business trips

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Masters in HR / IR & Administration /MSW /PG Diploma in HR
  • Relevant and total years of Experience
  • Minimum of 12 – 15 years’ experience in HR & Administration in APAC region
  • Knowledge of HR systems
  • Excellent active listening, communicating skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing company policies/procedures
  • Experience in managing employee records and benefits
  • Should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Corporate in UAE region in large corporates.
