Description:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to fill the position of Manager at our Amer center, located in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing operations, managing staff, and ensuring the efficient delivery of government services.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Center.
• Manage and lead a team of dedicated professionals.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and policies.
• Foster positive relationships with Customers and government departments.
• Implement strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Handle complex problem-solving and decision-making situations.
• Drive business development efforts, including bringing in new customers and expanding the branch’s reach.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s o degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant managerial experience.
• Familiarity with government processes and regulations in Dubai.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in English and Arabic.
• Technical proficiency in office software and government systems.
