Hiring Opening Manager Administrator – Back Office (for Holiday Homes)
- Open to Indian and Sri Lankan candidates in the U.A.E.
- Minimum 5 years’ proven valuable experience in streamlining business processes of well-known hotels or resorts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business management, hospitality management, or similar/higher.
- To work in back office and develop business processes, standard manuals, KPIs and other substantial reports or MIS for KAY Hospitality.
- Highly involved in modeling and enhancement of hotel policies and procedures and or operating manuals (macro and micro scale)
- Audit fit outs condition, occupancy, ADR, the revenue against bank details and others.
- Highly organized and with excellent administrative skills.
- Meet with the engineers, consultants, operations team (especially for guests’ feedback) to gather important points or facts for service improvement and proper plan for new villas.
- Set up a standard uniform theme for all the villas.
- Make a proper standard for the brand and layout the direction for the next 5 years as KAY Hospitality – all depending from the founder’s vision in view of holiday homes.
