Hiring Management Accountant

Location: Dubai

We are a startup ecommerce company seeking to hire a highly skilled and mid-level experienced Management Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of our company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing valuable insights and analysis to inform business decisions.

Immediately available candidates preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Analyze data and aid in MIS reporting.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business strategies and objectives.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals with overall company strategy.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or CMA or ACCA or CA inter designation preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in management accounting, preferably in an ecommerce or related industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
