Description:
Maintenance Technician Vacancy in Dubai.
Familiar in maintenance of plastic injection molding machines / extrusion machines and related machines.
Should have experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, electrical and electronic maintenance.
troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, breakdown maintenance both electrical and mechanical on complete extruder machines, injection molding machines, mixer units, powder coating plant, laser machine, power press, sheet punching machine, bending machine, welding machines and tool room machines.
This includes good knowledge in rectifying the problems in the electronic drives, electrical drawings, encoders, Motors, vacuum pumps, water pumps, air compressors, sensors, hydraulic pumps, pneumatic cylinders and valves, heaters, control panel boards and chillers.
Preventive and breakdown Maintenance of production and utilities equipment to guarantee smooth production without sudden interruptions.
Responsible for managing the correct installation, inspection, maintenance and repair of all mechanical and electrical equipment and process instrumentation, ensuring all work undertaken to the highest standards and within required timescales. Also maintains history records of the work done.
Ensures safe engineering practices on shop floor.
Responsible to emergency calls after duty hours.
