Description:

We are looking for an Experience & Skilled Maintenance Technician for our Retail Stores that is hands-on with Electrical, HVAC, and minor Carpentry works – he should be able to handle the following works:

• ELECTRICAL – Inspect and troubleshoot all electrical issues in our Retail stores including fixing/repairing lights, sockets, and electrical cables and wiring works, DB inspections and troubleshooting.
• HVAC – Modest understanding of HVAC systems, inspection and troubleshooting including fixing/repairing of thermostats.
• Carpentry – Basic understanding of carpentry works, installation of locks, cash drawers, fixing/repairs of furniture fixtures, installation of clocks, wall hangers, wall acrylics, etc.
