Description:

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor/ Foreman

• Mandatory previous UAE experience of at least 2 years leading teams of MEP / HVAC / Handyman / multi-technicians and min. 3 additional years as technician.
• Min. Qualifications MEP / HVAC Recognized Diploma or Degree. MOFA certification preferred.
• Must be able to independently schedule jobs, lead and work alongside the team, survey jobs, support with sourcing of materials and obtaining material + labour costs as well.
• Fluent in English, Hindi/Urdu and additional languages preferred, must have good communication and leadership skills.
• Prior experience dealing directly with customers to understand requirements, provide solutions and avoid escalations highly desirable.
• Holders of UAE Light Vehicle Driving license and meeting above criteria are encouraged to apply. Those without a driving license but with substantial UAE experience will also be considered.
