MNC based in UAE is urgently looking for a Maintenance Supervisor

Mandatory qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related discipline.
• AUTO CAD

Job Responsibilities of Maintenance Supervisor:

• Oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance and electrical department.
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads.
• Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
• Prepare drawing with Auto CAD similar tools as per the requirements.
• Performing periodic inspections on plant, machinery and automated systems.
• Assists with purchase department to estimates and costs of specific repair projects.
• Employee supervise and train workers.
• Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.
• Maintain all inventory and equipment and ensure proper storage.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.
• Plan and allocate the employee for the overtime and prepare the details.
• Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time.
• Documenting maintenance activities as soft and hard copy.

Skills Required for Maintenance Supervisor:

• Proficiency in Hydraulic & CNC Machine
• Knowledgeable in Industrial Electrical
• Competence in using software like MS Office and AUTO CAD for creating reports, documenting procedures, and communicating information.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software for troubleshooting issues related to automated equipment and systems used in maintenance processes.
