Description:

FAM Properties are looking for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join their expanding Property Management division

Duties include:

Coordinating with vendors for maintenance, handling move in and move out’s, arranging quotation for required works

Following up with clients for maintenance, coordinating with Accounts Department for payments ppdating the CRM system
