Hiring Logistics Sales Executive
Location: Dubai, UAE (GCC experience preferred)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced logistics and supply chain in Air & Sea Freight Forwarding with strong expertise in the UAE and GCC markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent knowledge of freight forwarding services and will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets and hold a valid UAE driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and acquire new customers from the logistics and supply chain sector across the UAE.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive client outreach, networking, and industry knowledge.
Quotation & Negotiation: Provide accurate and competitive quotations for air and sea freight services. Negotiate pricing and service terms to close deals.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on the latest trends, competitors, and market conditions in the freight forwarding industry across the UAE and GCC.
Coordination: Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and manage customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3 – 5+ years of sales experience in logistics sales or a similar role in the UAE and GCC markets.
- Driving License: Valid UAE driving license is required.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of logistics, shipping documentation, customs regulations, and industry trends in the region.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Languages: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.
- Self-motivated: Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet sales targets.
