Description:

Aramed is hiring Logistics Executive for Skincare compounding division.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Creating export and import documentation in support of the movement of drug substances, drug products, and finished goods
  • Supporting internal and external customers by providing timely status updates on domestic and international shipments
  • Coordinating internally with finance and business partners, freight forwarders, and 3PLs for timely and accurate shipment releases and deliveries
  • Thorough Knowledge of Incoterms and HS Codes
  • Maintain Inventories for Raw materials, and consumable products including inventory counts, expiration dates, and supply locations.
  • Ensure that all medical and nonmedical consumables are properly stored and appropriately secured.
  • Ensure proper rotation of stocks about expiration dates ensuring that all materials are removed from the store before expiration.
  • Organize physical and system invoices for presentation to the financial department.
  • Maintain appropriate stocks to ensure adequate supplies in case of procurement delays.
  • Assist Supply Chain In-charge of liaising with vendors for evaluation of Raw materials, and consumables to provide a cost/benefit summary to the Technical Manager for review.
  • Assist the Logistics manager in sourcing suppliers, maintaining supplier lists, and scheduling and receiving deliveries.
  • Maintain a master list with contact information of all suppliers and 3rd party vendors.
  • Monitor 3rd party vendor cleaning contracts and perform routine and random checks for compliance with cleanliness and sanitation consumables.
  • Perform routine checks for fire equipment safety compliance measures including dates and visual safety inspections.
  • Understand and follow MOH/DM/DHA requirements when exposed to confidential health information.

Education Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous healthcare/ Pharma industry experience is a must
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Good time management skills
  • Able to handle multiple assignments as required
  • Active listening
