Description:

We are a new and growing Logistics Solutions company, and are currently looking for Logistics Coordinators, in senior and junior levels, to join Supply Chain team in Dubai.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics (preferred)
• Having an excellent knowledge in GCC / International export/Import customs formalities and procedures/governing tariffs. (Dubai Trade and Jazfa customs regulations)
• Knowledge and proficiency in handling customs documentation and portals like e-mirsal2, Dubai trade.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the same field preferably in freight forwarders handling companies.
• Good communication skills and command of the English language (oral and written).
• Driving license is a must.

What you will need to do:

• Liaisons with shipping companies/transporters and negotiate freight rates with service providers
• Book cargo with Shipping lines, follow up for pick up, proof of delivery etc
• Handling all necessary import and export duties with customs and forwarding agencies.
• Coordinates with Ports and Customs authorities.
• Handling Imports, exports, and shipping documentation processing.
• Ensure rules and regulations of Customs and other regulatory bodies are being fully adhered
• Preferred experience with 3PL operations/Forwarders having excellent experience in good customs backgrounds and process knowledge.
